Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mnbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mnbet website, mobile site, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and the rewards programme.
mnbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. 1. Eligibility
Who May Use mnbet
Access to and use of the mnbet Platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

mnbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as meeting all eligibility criteria will be suspended pending investigation. In the event that an ineligible person has accessed the Platform, any winnings credited to that account may be voided and the account closed.
2. Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the mnbet Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, mnbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mnbet login credentials. You must not:
- Share your username, password, or account access with any third party.
- Allow any other person to use your account to place bets, access your balance, or withdraw funds.
- Use another player's account for any purpose whatsoever.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to your mnbet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. mnbet does not accept third-party deposits. The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to payment provider limits.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider. mnbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- mnbet supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major Bangladesh bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- mnbet reserves the right to request verification of the deposit payment method before processing withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been used for a prior deposit. mnbet does not process withdrawals to unverified or third-party payment methods.
- Active bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money funds not attached to an active bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.
- mnbet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in its Payment Policy. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by mnbet are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general conditions:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above. Bonuses may not be available in all circumstances — eligibility is determined by mnbet at its sole discretion.
- Each eligible player may claim a welcome bonus once only. mnbet reserves the right to void bonus claims made using multiple accounts or by players who have previously claimed the same offer.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each bonus offer. Failure to meet the rollover requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus funds being forfeited.
- mnbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player account at the time of modification will be honoured subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts. Bonus terms are personal to the individual account holder.
5. Betting Rules
Bet Placement and Settlement
The following rules apply to all bets placed on the mnbet Platform:
- A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the mnbet system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed during system errors or technical faults may be voided at mnbet's discretion.
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except as expressly provided in the specific rules of the market in question (e.g., live betting cash-out features where offered).
- All bet settlements are final once confirmed. If a settlement error occurs, mnbet reserves the right to correct the settlement at any time, including after initial payment of winnings.
- In the event of a disputed result or settlement, the Player must contact mnbet support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.
Casino Game Rules
All casino game outcomes on the mnbet Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer draw, as applicable. The rules of each individual casino game are as set out by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). By playing any casino game on mnbet, you agree to abide by the relevant game provider's rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game provider's rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to a game-specific payout or outcome rule, in which case the game provider's rules shall take precedence.
6. Prohibited Conduct
mnbet maintains a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action.
The following acts constitute prohibited conduct under these Terms:
- Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
- Colluding with other players, mnbet employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or defraud other players or the Platform.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. mnbet complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity intended to influence the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with mnbet.
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise circumvent the technical security measures of the mnbet Platform, including but not limited to SSL encryption, login authentication, and session management systems.
mnbet treats all cases of suspected prohibited conduct with the utmost seriousness. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, mnbet will take all steps available to it under these Terms and applicable law, including account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where required.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
mnbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- Failure to pass identity or age verification checks when requested.
- A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including requests made under the Platform's responsible gaming self-exclusion facility.
In cases where an account is closed due to the Player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at mnbet's discretion. Where an account is closed at the Player's own voluntary request, any cleared real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
8. Responsible Gaming
mnbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must be approached as such. The Platform operates strictly as a 21+ service.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings menu:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.

All rights are reserved. No content from the mnbet Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means, whether electronic or mechanical, without the prior written consent of mnbet.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mnbet Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any mnbet content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mnbet's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as set out in this clause. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
mnbet shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss or damage:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Loss or corruption of data, including betting history, account transaction history, or personal information, arising from technical faults, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events beyond mnbet's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on any content published on it, even if mnbet has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
11. Amendments and Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mnbet's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.
mnbet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, mnbet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players via the Platform or by email to the registered account address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
